Job Description
- Ensuring the restaurant is correctly set up for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner service.
- Takes orders and serve food and beverage to guest in accordance with company standards.
- Answering questions about menu items, food sensitivities and food substitutions.
- Giving guests suggestions for food and drinks and telling them about special menu items.
- Read tables and understand guests needs.
- Have full knowledge of the food and beverage products.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully to guests and resolve any complaints arise.
- Clears tables, cleans food and beverage areas, and prepares equipment and mise-en place on an on-going basis.
- Handles cash payments and float in accordance with company standards.
- Keeps up to date with health and safety regulations, and adheres to emergency procedures.
