As the Head Chef at Hotel Jampa, you will lead our kitchen team in creating exceptional dishes that reflect quality, creativity, and consistency. You’ll oversee menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene to deliver an outstanding dining experience for every guest.

More than 3-4 years of experience.

Excellent Communication, flexible, hard working.
Other Specification
- Degree in culinary arts and related field preferred.
- Any health & safety and food hygiene courses are an advantage.
- Check-in information such as ID proof and nationality, as required by law.
- Excellent Knowledge of all the sections and ability to produce excellent high quality food.
- Good oral communication and good level of numeracy.
- Team management skilled.
- Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and process.
Job Description
- Controlling and directing the food preparation process.
- Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines.

- Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
- Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
