Experience Required
1-3 years of experience as a Reservation Agent, Travel Agency or a related role in Travel and Tourism Industry.

- Previous experience as Reservation Agent or related field in the Travel and Tourism Industry.
- Sorting Out any issues that may arises with booking or reservation.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience working in sales or public relations,
- Able to work shifts as required(Flexible working hours)
Job Description
- Accept, process and verify reservations; also check for overbooking’s and available options
- Be jointly responsible for updating reservations and for observing and implementing the pricing policy
- Assisting and advising guest who may be choosing from variety of travel Options.
- Making reservation for the guests based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
- Providing support to guest who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
- Processing payments and sending confirmation details to guess.
