- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Able to work shifts as required.

Job Description
- Meeting the company S.O.P’s (Personal presentation, Check INS and Check outs, Answering telephones, Guest complaints and mystery guest questionnaire
- Assisting disable guests and responsible for room allocation.
- Provide an efficient and accurate booking facility in the absence of the Reception manager.
- Ensure reception is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Report all accidents via the company accident reporting procedure to a manager.
- Keep update records of office expenses and cost.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
